Unbelievably effective
20 years of different types of mechanic work has left my body worn. When I take these, my knuckles stop hurting. A few weeks off the pills and heavy gripping is painful again. That’s proof enough for me.

Found the best deal for me.
I searched for omegas that were quality, third party tested, pure and sourced from smaller fish. The Nordic Naturals brand meets this bar. I wanted a dose that would enhance my diet, which is better than most as I do eat oily fish at least once per week. Also, having the added Vitamin D was a better option than cod liver oil because I couldn't find a brand that met the same quality standards at a similar price per dose. No issue swallowing and no fishy burps. Will stick to this reputable brand.
