Buy 1 size smaller for women.
First, I normally wear a 9 in women’s, so I bought an 8 in men’s. Fit is perfect.100% SLIP RESISTANT. I work in a cafeteria. No slipping at all.The insole and out is basically a croc, so it’s a comfortable, wider shoe.Downside, no air holes or mesh. Your feet get hot in these after a full shift on your feet. Would I buy again? YES

Don't Hesitate
Ig again, I was hesitant in purchasing these Crocs on line. I'm a guy that has to physically try on footwear and touch and feel the product. I've never owned or even tried on any Crocs. Glad I made the purchase sight unseen. They are so comfortable, durable and a pleasure to ware week after week. The price was great, shipment within 2 days and looking for another pair for backup. Highly recommended.
