Great buy
Great , healthy bugs ! Not a single dead cricket on arrival . I have been feeding banded crickets for some time now , I forgot how much bigger and quieter these house crickets are . I’ll definitely be sticking to these guys for a while . Not to mention the price !!! I will definitely be returning.

Happy day for Mr. Chillin
They arrived 5 days early than expected. All of them were alive. I have no complaints with the product nor the way they were shipped. I will definitely buy from them again. "Mr. Chillin" is very happy with his food. Thank you! Sue

Tough Crickets that Arrive Alive.
I live in rural Montana and rarely have success with live crickets by mail due to the weather. This shipment arrived in an unexpected snowstorm on May 5th. About 98% of this shipment arrived alive. They looked dead at first, but after being warm for a few minutes they all perked up. I will order these again!

Great package and ventilation.
Crickets were very well packed and had very good ventilation. Crickets were kept at post office over weekend. They were alive, healthy and they had no bad smell. The crickets size were perfect. I will definitely buy again.

Several arrived dead.
I initially bought 500, but several arrived dead. Despite that, I decided to give it another chance and ordered 1,000. Unfortunately, I had the same issue — several arrived dead, and more died within 1-2 days. I provide cricket food and crystal water, remove any dead ones promptly, and keep their enclosure clean. I even give them a dark area to reduce stress, but they just keep dying. The crickets I get locally last much longer, giving me a few days’ supply for my baby dragon, who has a great appetite. Disappointed with the quality.

Crickets were great, delivery was AWFULL!!
The crickets came in alive and healthy. However, my problem is with the delivery. Long story short, my fiance and I live in a camper on zoo property since he works there. In the delivery instructions I added the business hours, a phone # to call, and specific instructions on where to drop the crickets off. Sure the delivery came in 3 days early, but rather than call the number they decided that was too difficult and instead dropped them off at a nearby post office. Mind you, this post office closes at 5pm, which is when my fiance gets off work, so we can to go out of our way to pick them up during his break. Which caused his break time to exceed the 30min limit. Then when I go to leave a review on specifically the delivery, there's no "Leave Delivery Feedback" option like Amazon claims on their "Share Your Feedback" help page. Like I said, the crickets were perfect, maybe a tad small but otherwise works!!Review #2: I ordered the crickets again and got to say I was a little disappointed. The crickets came in cold which tells me whoever delivered them did not keep them warm which is disappointing. Thankfully I keep my room at 70-75° for my tarantulas so I was able to warm the crickets back up before they died.

It’s fine.
The shipping is fast, arriving within two days. The crickets arrived alive, with only about 10% dead. Everything else is in good condition. Not too bad overall.
