Awesome energy booster
Very good. For first time users, it's good to know that this is an energy gel not a snack. Its taste is awesome. I bought a combo pack, and used it during a marathon. Follow the instructions, and it will bring out the potential benefits.

Overall good. But orange taste doesn't feel good because after 25km in marathon taste even feels odd.

Taste - like medicines, liquid consistency (not gel) so spills while consuming and makes hands sticky which causes trouble while running, aftertaste is strong and causes lump in throat which again is a problem while running, performance wise - no major or even minor improvement noticed in running performance

Use this as pre workout
Excellent product from muscleblaze. I just took one sachet and it helped me give energy for workout for straight 2 hrs. Best part is you dont feel crashed after the workout is complete. while caffeine gives focus, the electrolytes helps replenishing salts.
