Better than expected & adjustible!
The media could not be loaded. *First off, I love the color! It is exactly what I expected.*Secondly, the quality of the material is superb! The plastic is a thick durable plastic and it does not cause irritation when wearing it. *The links are easily removable and the hoop was easy to put together. *The string for the ball is also adjustable so you can have a shorter or longer length depending on your available space.*I did not have any issues getting it started nor keeping it spinning.***also, the rotation of the ball is very smooth and does not catch on the links. I have read about this issue from other brands, but I have not had this issue at all.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!!!

Works well but it is louder than expected.
We have had these about 2 weeks. they really make your ankles, knees, and hips feel the burn along with all leg muscles. I am having to work up to the goal of 30 minutes, but each day my ability to keep going increases. It is loud and you need quite a bit of space to use this. I am short so I can only use it in my open kitchen to prevent hitting walls and furniture. FYI, cats are not impressed with them :)

Worth The Try
Worth the purchase if you’re interested in seeing if this kind of item actually works, but you don’t want to pay name brand pricing or get a dud product. It really works! Definitely a decent cardio workout if you’re just starting out. I like that the item can be expanded or shortened depending on user. It does take a little to get it going if you’re like me and were never able to hula hoop as a child. I found a video on YouTube that had great tips and was able to get it going within 30 minutes or so.

Good Product. Well Made.
The hoop came half assembled, but the links are easy to snap together. You can use as many or as little as you like. I am plus sized and it worked well for me. I had links left that I didn't need to use.One thing I don't like is that it slips down when I use it. I may need to remove some. If you haven't used a hula hoop in awhile (like me), you will need to practice before you find your groove. You will also need to wear a form fitting shirt. If you wear loose clothing, it may get stuck in between the links. Also, be careful while handling it as it can pinch your skin and hands.I've read some complaints about the noise it makes and although there is noise, it isn't terribly loud. I watch tv, listen to music, or podcasts etc while using it.All-in-all, would recommend!

Would recommend over costly competition
I’m a size 26/28 and I still had some extra links that I didn’t need initially, so it’s nice to see that these are very size inclusive. It was super easy to get the hang of, and I did end up removing a few links in the first month I was using it.The noise level is decent - yes, it’s going to be kind of loud, but you can drown it out if you’re listening to music or watching TV. The build of it seems great, I’ve never had an issue with links connecting or breaking, the magnets are durable, the weight hasn’t come loose or fallen off.If you’re struggling to get going with this, the easiest movements would be a side-to-side sort of step, in my experience. Trying to work it like a hula hoop doesn’t work very well. I also wear mine right under my bust, that’s where it’s the most comfortable and you have more control over it at first. As you wear it lower, it starts to become a harder workout to keep the weight moving.I haven’t used it much recently due to an unrelated knee injury, but I actually miss it.

So fun!
So it took me a week to finally figure out the groove to keep this thing going. I finally got it. Then turned on my playlist and my headphones and went at it. I have never had so much fun exercising in my life! I went for an hour. But not a solid hour hooping cause you know, I had to break down and dance a bunch of times. Do not play Lil Jon when hooping, you’ll swing too fast and the weight will bust through the links. Ask me how I know lol. This is my first hoop and don’t have anything to compare it too. But I feel like it could be a bit thicker material to be more sturdy. I worry it will get weak where you click the links together. Also there is no special piece for taking hoop on and off. You just randomly choose a spot. Luckily it’s pretty easy to undo so you’re not stuck in it. But that also makes me concerned about it staying together when it’s supposed to. Because again, you can’t get too aggressive here or the weight will Kool Aid Man its way out, and across the room. Also can’t speak to effectiveness because it’s really just day one honestly. But I did sweat. Ridiculously sweated. Like fight night sweat. So I’m sure I’m doing something positive in the weight loss area. I’m just thrilled I found something that my aging body can do without joint strain. I’m 42 and 245lbs. So it’s not easy on the knees to just go run or something. I can’t run to my mailbox and back and it’s attached the the house by the door. So it’s exciting to have a successful workout and feel so great from it.

Fun and tricky!
So! A few notes on this product:1) Immediate minus 1 star for a laughable english translation on the assembly directions.2) This took me about 5 tries before I picked up the correct rhythm with my feet to get it going AND KEEP GOING. So don't expect to just pick this up right away and use it out the box, it'll take a minute to get used to.3) SOME TIPS: This is not a hula hoop, so don't move your hips : move your feet! The track on your waist does half the work for you, you have to move your feet (to shift your weight/center of mass) to do the rest. So I found the best way is to put one foot in front of the other (as if mid stride), then, once you have GENTLY tossed the weighted ball around your waist, alternate stomping your feet (or shifting your weight from front foot to back foot). It will take several tries, your legs will probably cramp (like mine did) but you will find you can maintain this for a good while once going.
