We did not have enough of this powder for making toys in water, so I had to buy additional. This one works great for it. We needed something of a medium size (not too large) and as cheap as possible, so this one felt just right.

We bought this as a refill for my daughter’s bubble tea kit. Worked really well and was much cheaper than the brand it came with. Overall super happy with it

I ordered this jar of calcium lactate to mess around with molecular gastronomy but also for potential use to get a bit more calcium. I still haven't ordered the other ingredient to try making spheres, so decided to just add some of this to my morning drink to get part of my daily calcium. The jar was wrapped in tamper proof cellophane and also had a foil inner seal. The powder is very light and digging the included scoop out made a bit of a mess on my counter. There were very lightly printed nutritional details on the label saying one serving was ½ teaspoon (or 1 gram), which looks like the size of the scoop. I got it mostly full and added it to my morning drink. It mixed well and didn't really affect the taste and I didn't have any issues related to trying it. The label gave nutritional info for 100 grams so you need to do the math to figure out that one scoop has 138 mg of calcium.

I bought these two products to make popping boba experiments with my sisters to keep them busy for winter break. Best decision and more quantity to buy individually then the boba set

I tried to make immitation caviar but turn out very soft and did not hold a shape aslo pop too fast

I use this to make “caviar” worked like a charm
