Fantastic electric bike for the price, on my trips with the bike I haven't come that close to running out of dual battery charge so far. With the 750w(1000w peak) motor it's a breeze to climb hills at nice speeds. Front lights are great and bright! The color of the bike(green) I got was very nice looking, gets a lot of attention. Customer support was also very helpful and nice!

I purchased this bike for my teenage son, and would highly recommend it. It shipped ahead of schedule, undamaged. The factory welds look good and it was pre-assembled properly, some bolts will need to be torqued down but that's to be expected. The assembly was simple and he was off on his way riding in no time.Overall, the bike rides great, does as advertised, and only a small, minor adjustment was needed on the front brake to fix a squeal and i would suggest kickstand bolts and nuts because they tended to back out. No major issues after a few months of riding as of.

Definitely one of the more fun ways to get around town. On one battery I can go for hours around my small down. I did notice some parts were made a little cheap but from all I know about bikes they went cheap in the right spots that will never effect your build quality or safety, maybe swap the chain if you even pedal. I have relied solely on the throttle. I like how this company allows us to unlock the bike to higher speeds right in the menu. Assembly was easy enough. But my favorite is the sturdy basket under the seat which is bolted to the frame and is very hard to get at. Perfect place to mount an AirTag. I get it up to 25mph as a heavier guy around 275 and my girl at 120 can get it to 30mph. For a first time E-Bike this is probably your best bet.

Since the moment I unboxed the bike I experienced problems. The disc on the front brake was bent, causing it to squeak and this is not just a packaging thing as all the people I know who have bought this bike also had their front disc brake bent. After riding it for about two weeks the peddle assist broke and still does not work. Also, the speedometer occasionally stops working. I have also noticed that the bike will randomly throttle on its own without any input from me. This is extremely dangerous and can pose a serious risk to me.

Very happy with the quality and customer service with this bike. Engwe customer support is always reachable with any questions I had or help I needed. Bike is solid and works as good as new even with daily use for almost a year now. I would definitely recommend this product.

Over all bike is AWESOME people say the brakes are noisy that is true but on a vehicle going 25 the brakes make nosie you just don't hear it on a very smooth riding ebike that is very quiet your going to hear some brake noise if you stop hearing it then worry .Also these tires are so thin I got a flat from a thumb tac 70 bucks to fix or you buy real tires the tires could have been a little better come on . It's good and bad half and half the seat could use some help too

This bike is a great commuter bike and is very reliable. The frame is vary stable and overall quality of the bike is very good. Suspension is great and very smooth on the bumpy roads. Battery lasts me a full day and doesn't take long to charge. I have tested it on mountain trails and it performed very well in harsh trail conditions.
