This LED light totally exceeded my expectations—it's super bright, well-made, easy to install, and has a sleek, modern look.Some assembly was needed before it can be installed. If you're handy with DIY, you can probably handle it yourself!!

This LED light really surprised me, it's super bright, well made, easy to install and looks ultra-modern.So, the main features are:60W LED6000K Cool WhiteLED driver included with Live, Neutral and Earth wiresSize: 68 x 55x 12cm (LxWxH)CE label on the light and LED driver (meets EU safety, health or environmental requirements)Basic wiring instructionsThe light requires some assembly before installation can begin.If you feel competent at doing DIY, then you can try it yourself. If not, an electrician will do this for you as well as the fitting and wiring to the mains.The 4 circular LED light units need attached to the base using the bolts, washers, and nuts. There is a spanner provided to assist.Feed the wires through the bolts and through the holes on the base.Remember and attach the short piece of yellow earth wire to one of the nuts.Follow the instructions for connecting the wires using the supplied connector block.One obvious mistake is the polarity shown on the LED driver, it clearly shows the Blue wire as "live" and the brown wire (more of a reddish colour) as "neutral" (see review photo).This is wrong, so please ignore it and follow the instructions which do show the correct polarity.Also, the listing description wrongly mentions a remote control, which this light does not have.Overall, this light is made to a high standard using quality materials and components.It looks amazing once fitted.So, I am more than happy to recommend it to any potential buyers.

Confusing instructions making it tricky to fitPlasticky parts, doesn’t seem to be great value, though it does produce decent light

First of all its a bit difficult to install at first with having to line up the lug into the keyhole bracket on the celling. However once its up ,its a good quality and looks really nice. The colour temperature of the led strips are 6000k which a cool white more than the standard warm yellow at 3000k. I would recommend it. Good quality and makes your room look stylishly modern.

Firstly, the negatives. This was difficult to install due to the housing not comprising. Keyhole for easy mounting. See slots in photo. Most high quality products understand that securing the unit to the bracket is not always easy so use a keyhole for easy mounting. This took me forever to fit because I kept dropping the screws and my arms kept aching from holding the lamp up whilst attempting to screw the unit to the mounting bracket. This pain caused the earth l ring terminal to twist. Luckily it did not snap the crimp.However, after assembly (which wasn't too difficult) and mounting (which was a massive pain), the lamp looks fitting in the room. It complements the style of the room and the 6000k colour temperature makes the room feel like daytime. It is a pure daylight white and gives a crisp finish to the room. I am pleased with the lamp but still equally glad the lamp is up. Because I don't want to be trying to mount the lamp back up again with my sausage fingers.

ZYDTRIP LED Ceiling Light, 50w Modern LED LampThe ZYDTRIP LED Ceiling Lights, 50w (or 60w in the listings pictures) out of the box is a really nice looking light, it's reasonably well made using decent quality materials, and feels fairly solid.Turning it over I see there is an earth wire which is good to see and also no sharp edges for the wires to chafe on, It also comes with the usual, easy to fit type brackets which is also good, fortunately there is also wire protection for the wires as they pass through the bolt holes and the light is fairly easy to build though you might need a second pair of hands like I did.Moving to my tester of truth and the 50 watts claimed light output is actually quite a bit less at around 41 watts, thats a fair percent less than advertised which is a big chunk of light, if Watts matter to you (like it does to me!) it's good to know, but either way it's still quite bright and with all the twists and turns it gives a decent light spread.Overall for £55.99 it's not a bad price compared to other similar lights I've had from Amazon.
