Excellent Aqua Yoga Resource
I teach Aqua Yoga and Canelia Nair’s class was very instrumental in my learning and certification to teach. The book is an excellent resource. I have purchased more than one to share with other instructors. Thanks Camelia for all your training efforts.

Interesting book
Packed with a lot of information. Writer is very knowledgeable. I wish the pictures were of better quality. Great book otherwise.

Wasn't worth buying
I have taken yoga classes for several years. This book was recommended for those thinking of getting certified as a water yoga instructor. I thought it would contain poses specific for water but it just uses the land poses that every other yoga class teaches. Then talks about the hot tub--gee, I would never have guess the the jet bubbles can massage and tone the skin. Totally disappointed.

A book on water yoga
This is the only book which I have seen on the topic. It is OK , of some value. On the other hand I believe that a much better book could be written Much of the writing is disjointed , the pictures are of poor quality. In reality the book gave me some ideas of what to try and I make up my own postures in the water.

Perhaps, I missed understood the book but I thought ...
Perhaps, I missed understood the book but I thought it would provide instructions on how to do water yoga. However, all the pictures are on the cover of the book, none are in the book. I ordered the Kindle version of this book.

Great Help for New Aqua Yoga Teachers
The author has a wealth of experience that she shares so openly about teaching Aqua Yoga. She blends her deep understanding of both Yoga and moving in the water that will help many come to play in the water with Yoga, that will help many students! Splash away!

One Star
Even though it's cheap, it's not worth the money.
