Q: Is this fits for 10 year old kid?

It fits the lapbelt and the shoulder belt crosses under under a clip in front of the lap belt. It can be attached to the lap belt where its needed for the ahoulder belt to fit properly. May take a couple times adjusting at first but it should work for a 10 yr old.

Q: What is the difference between this one and other cheap ones?

This is much better than other cheap ones. It's made of metal and leather. It's solid and my son said it's more comfortable than other plastic one.
