Green Arrow Vol. 5: Hard Travelin' Hero (Rebirth)

Green Arrow Outshines The Justice League
While volumes 1-3 of the Rebirth continuity of Green Arrow where exceptional, Benjamin Percy was still finding his feet. Volume 4 was and remains as the best collection of issues thus far but Volume 5 is a close second. Green Arrow joins forces with various members of the Justice League ane remains the best character on the page at all times. The conclusion to this volume is nothing short of spectacular and its an epic continuation of the Green Arrow story that can serve as its own standalone. New readers should jump on board with Volume 4 but Volume 5 is just as good a starting and ending point for the emerald archer.

Green arrow goes from strength to strength since rebirth.
Green arrow goes from strength to strength since rebirth. Do I like Ollie, not really as a person, but I love him as a character. He’s like a really SJW version of classic Guy Gardner. He lives on impulse, trusts his reflexes and wears his heart on his sleeve. This book sees Ollie making up with a lot of the JL and working with them on his expanding quest.Another great book layout wise for me, each issue self contained and still contributes to the greater story.Cant wait till the next arc, might even reread the whole run just before it drops.
