Puts me to sleep 😴 INSTANTLY
This perfect! You've seen so many Casper commercials. I bought the MAXIMUM firmness and it's too firm, but this is perfect! It feels like the perfect memory foam and you just sink in, and it completely wraps around your neck and head-stays cool all night-no tossing and turning-no nasty plastic smell

Favorite pillows
Love how you can switch sides of the pillow depending on if you want a firmer or softer side! Also they provide great support and stay cool throughout the night!

Solid build
This pillow was super dense and durable. However the foam is wider than the stuffing part and it digs into your shoulder. I wish it was evenly stuffed. I’m a smaller build so maybe it would be better for someone with wider shoulders. It works great as a back pillow but I’m not using it to sleep. Also, wash it before use as it has a strong plastic and chemical smell.

Comfort level is lacking
Super thin and hot pillow. Feels like a half inch of foam insulation on top of a packing foam backboard. Easily the most uncomfortable pillow I have ever used. I am just glad I didn’t throw out the pillow I was replacing. That one is still leaps and bounds better than this oneThis is my first negative review.

Quality & Comfort
I bought this 2-pack of the Hybrid pillows as a Christmas gift for my son and he has informed me that they were incredible and ALWAYS cool on one side!! Outside of a coat that he’s loving, it is his favorite gift- and he’s a hot natured young man- so he needed that always cool feature!!! Now… planning to buy myself the same 2-pack!!

Great nights sleep!
These pillows are great. Choosing the right pillow is a major decision. My husband and I are both happy with these pillows. They have a nice heavy weight to them. One side is cooling and only gets cold once if that makes sense. I would definitely recommend buying these pillow

flat like a pancake
I expected better from Casper since their ads make the product seem so good. It was underwhelming. Maybe not awful. The foam side was nice but the down alternative side seemed like it was missing filling. It's surprisingly a heavy pillow. Because the filling side is not plump, it just looks like a sad pancake on the bed. I'll try sleeping in it but it already doesn't look great so I'm not excited
