This is a mild sausage with a distinctive flavor and just the right amount of moisture. I didn't grow up eating kabanos so I don't have any childhood memories to compare it to. Not very flavorful...Bland, considering what it's supposed to be. That being said, I ate the whole bag in 3 days.

Healthy, Delicious, Keto Snack!! These taste amazing, no fillers, not over-seasoned, just good! We have eaten authentic sausages while living Germany and these are excellent quality and taste, like the authentic sausages there. Our entire family loves these and eats them. We will reorder again and again!

First time trying this brand and I’m highly satisfied. Will order again. I like the 1 pound packaging so I can eat them all before the white mold starts to form in week 2 or 3. I know it’s not bad mold, and it can be wiped off, but it still grosses me out. Just eat ‘em all in week 1. :-)
