Great for a hot sweaty day at the beach. I carry these in my car during the hot weather in case one of us starts to get overheated. Nice flavors and they had a good long expiry date.

The flavors and texture are pleasing; I can't detect anything too artificial and the texture isn't 'soapy' as many sugar-free drinks are. Electrolytes perk me up.

I buy these for my sons for sports. They like the flavor and I love that they are clear and do not contain all of the artificial colors. The packets dissolve easily. They are a bit pricey for the number of packets per box, but seem to be a healthier option than the other sports drinks with fake coloring.
