Do Not Buy
Should have had Windows 11 Home installed and MS Office but Windows was not activated so could not use as If I tried to activate Windows it said installed on another device purchase a genuine copy. i.e. there was no licensed version installed. Without windows activated you cannot download anything, no audio, only use Office in read mode etc etc. No power cable supplied and only 9 % battery. Basically an unusable laptop. I have requested a returns label so will wait and see if I get a refund.

Good decision
I am very pleased with this. I was going to get another desktop, but my daughter convinced me to get a laptop. I have always been very happy with Dell.

MS Office is NOT Free
The product claims a full version of MS Office.However you still need to buy a subscription so it is very isleading
