Excellent condition, just like New
Very happy with this purchase. Lenovo is a very good brand for laptops and X390 is a decent sleek and lightweight laptop for home use.The laptop condition was excellent with no marks or any signs of previous use. Performance has been decent for my everyday personal use at home.The model I had chosen had 256GB of storage. In just 10GBP extra I could see the option of 512 GB which makes a whole lot of difference in terms of storage.

Excellent refurbished ThinkPad at a great price. Only downside was when I received it there was no headphone port driver installed. Luckily I am pretty tech savy and was able to amend the issue. Other than that this product would have been 5 Stars.

Malfunctioning and asking me to pay £13.99 for return faulty laptop
I recently purchased a laptop that unfortunately turned out to be faulty. After contacting customer support, I was surprised to be informed that I would have to pay £13.99 for the return shipping of a malfunctioning product. This policy feels extremely unfair, especially considering that I am returning a defective item.It’s disappointing that a company would expect customers to incur costs for returning faulty products. I expected better customer service and support, particularly when dealing with a defective item. Overall, my experience has been frustrating, and I would think twice before purchasing from this company again.
