Very helpful for implementing and verification.

The questions are perfect and can be used during audits. It is a pity that the ToC is not matching the exact pagenumbers, so searching in this book is somewhat difficult

I found this helpful with identifying the type of questions to be asked. It helped with my internal audit training as well.If would have been benifical if it reference the prior TS16949:2009 clause numbers. This would have been helpful.

Excellent product and service

This book as about as useful as the IATF audit. Nothing but a financial scam. Book is a complete waste of money.
