Q: how do you use these on the dog's teeth?

You wrap a pad around your finger and swab it over your dog’s teeth / first uppers then lowers - beginning with the molars on one side across the front and back to the molars on the other. Use your other hand to pull the skin of his snout (cheek?) away to give you room to reach the teeth.
