I’ve had it a couple months. Stopped working about a month ago. Will only rotate once around and then shuts off. Tried contacting customer service with no response.

It has a timer and will time out after 3 hours. I want it to run indefinitely and it does not. Even with power up it will not restart automatically. If 3 Hours is okay with you then it runs great, but i hate the timer so bad that I give it 1 star. It's well build, quite, everything is great for 3 hours, then the party is over.

I bought this and read just how to set it up but then after 5 weeks of using it; the plate suddenly stopped spinning and im pushing buttons and then all different colored buttons started flashing which I've never seen before so I played with it for a long time then gave up and mad now cuz I'm past the window to return it to Amazon. So this morning I found the directions and read it thoroughly and found out what I was doing wrong and now it's working like a charm so read all the directions first yo understand it. 🤦‍♀️

It is perfect for what you know you need it for. Have had it for a month or more and it keeps working and I forget to turn it off all the time so it's motor it quite strong.

Doesn't work very well. Keeps turning off on its own. Hard to keep it working. Not worth the buy.

It does exactly what it needs to do. I don't have to plug it into my computer which is nice because it's undetected.I'm able to leave my desk and do other things without worrying about my screen locking every 5 minutes.It's easy to setup and use. And also has different LED colors you can choose.Great buy!

Worked good for all of 3 days. Now I can't get it to operate more than 30 seconds at a time. Good concept, bad product
