Excellent product, great after sales service
Loved the product, works great! Broke the top as the water bottle slipped and landed heavily. Customer service agent arrived a day after filing the compliant and was able to fix the issue with no hassle. Overall, very impressed with the product.

Worst product ever
I am unhappy with this product which I bought from amazon few months ago.. In these few months I have replaced three times the normal water tap .. and now it's still not working., water dripping 24 hrs.. my water get wasted which I buy from Kinley... I want amazon to replace the water dispenser or money.. I can't get along with it. It's costly which I can't ignore anymore.

Good office product
I have a staff of 25 and have regular client visit, it's usage is high in office and does the job great, spilled water on it a few times but it have affected it yet!! Happy with this purchase.

Blue star is best

Leakage issue
There’s a leakage problem in this machine. Even after the technician visit it couldn’t be resolved. A 20 ltr water bottle was empty within 15 mins due to leakage. Not a good experience. Blue star company can do much better.
