No milk!! Whole, low fat or skim milk contain about 7 grams of Net Carbs per cup or more!! Are use organic Valley heavy cream because it has zero carbs. I hope it’s true. OR it could be: Heavy cream: 1 TBSP, 0.4 grams Net Carbs, 50 calories Half & Half: 1 TBSP, 0.6 grams Net Carbs, 20 calories Unsweetened soy milk: 1 cup, 1 gram Net Carbs, 80 calories Unsweetened almond milk: 1 cup, 1 gram Net Carbs, 40 calories Unsweetened coconut milk: 1 cup, 1 gram Net Carbs, 40 calories Unsweetened macadamia nut milk: 1 cup, <1 gram Net Carbs, 40 calories Unsweetened cashew milk: 1 cup, 1 gram Net Carbs, 25 calories Unsweetened flax milk: 1 cup, 1 gram Net Carbs, 25 calories

Q: Will the cereal soften if it sits in milk?

I didn’t really try to leave it in for a long time. I only tried it once (chocolate flavor) and didn’t like the flavor and aftertaste at all and neither did my child so I threw out the entire box. From what I remember it was super crunchy and didn’t get mushy. I only had it out in milk for maybe 10-15 minutes though. Maybe if you let it sit longer?
