This is one happy customer. I had been having problems pouring hot water into teacups from other pans not having a spout but this product has both a glass lid which I like and spouts, not on one side only but on two sides, thoughtfully anticipating use by left handers too!Sleek product, good for brewing hot water or tea from two big cups to four cups.Arrived really fast with no denting of the pan or scratches on the glass lid. A trifle expensive but I am finding it worth every rupee.

This saucepan has two beaks making its design unique and very useful in terms of accessibility.I love that you can pour out tea/milk or any liquid without any dripping on the sides and no wastage.Also, its non sticky and super easy to clean compared to any stainless saucepans.Very happy with the purchase.

Medium size and good for boiling items in water and such other cooking. Has a very sturdy handle and a spout to direct contents to a vessel which is a plus. Comes with a glass lid with steam hole. The non-stick coating seems just like other products.

Very good product. Non stick quality is excellent. Food doesn't stick. Easy for cooking vegetables like bhindi, Gobi, beans etc where you need not add any water.

The handle is loose.Not safe to use.

I received actually as same as shown....It's just perfect....It can't be used on induction... The lid is made of glass it is kinda heavy.... It's medium size sauce pan....without lid you'll feel it lighter..... You can use it for boiling ,for tea ,coffee, instant noodles........but you can't use sharp utensils like steel spoon in it.....you need to wash it with sponge and liquid soap......if you don't follow this then your pot will remain nonstick for little longer....Anyways I highly recommend this....

I had to return this product because the Handle was loose when I unboxed the Saucepan. No big deal, I'll tighten it. But no, it was already fully tightened. Handle was still loose. Poor quality & lazy workmanship can't ever be rewarded. Hence returned.
