Nice elegant umbrella..Good quality material. I ordered it for myself ( I'm a woman, it's umbrella for men..but I loved it..) I can to say that's it's umbrella for very strong woman 😁 I don't have problems to open it, but to close...ok even you're woman, but go the gym regularly it's umbrella for you 🫡

Very good umbrella the spring action is brilliant

The media could not be loaded. Just between you and me, I don't have a lot of real life experience with umbrellas. Sure, I've carried one between my wife & I to chivalrously keep her ( & me) dry, but when it comes to the mechanics I've led a sheltered life.So when I first unpacked this umbrella from Erised, I was a bit befuddled. The handles a bit short I thought and try as I would I couldn't make it stay up. I was under the impression there should be some kind of catch that held it in place - a bit like a garden umbrella, but nothing was to be found. No instructions and I confess I hadn't really paid much attention to the detail in the listing. What a waste of space I thought - until I spotted the silver button on the handle - curiously I gave it a push and WOW - the thing burst into life. The length shot up, the body unfolded and I was ready to go.Now this may be old hat to some of you more experienced handlers, but to me, its a revelation and I'm truly impressed. Pressing the button again releases the tension in the umbrella and then pushing down on the top against the spring loaded handle restored it to its previous compact state. I excitedly went to show my wife, but to be honest she didn't share the same excitement having seen such miracles before.So this seems a nice umbrella. It seems well made - all of the seams are good. There's an attractive wooden handle. Its compact when collapsed and a great usable size when unfolded. The mechanism is effective and sleek and it generally feels like a good quality item.I haven't been able to test it in the rain, as can be seen from my video, its a glorious hot summers day, but examining it, I can't see any reason why it wouldn't work well at its core job - protecting me from rain. The listing says it can withstand a strong water pressure and that it blocks UV rays effectively. It feels strong but light.I summary I really like it and am impressed with the quality

Overall a high quality product that is made well with a mechanism that feels like it will widthstand the test of time. One gripe is that some of the more decorative elements (around the handle/button) seem to have a weaker finish that fade away/chip away really easily. Also its got a strong mechanism, so you might need two hands to fully close it. I have noticed that mine seems a bit 'trigger happy' and keeps activating by accident with the slightest of touches. For example, I will be sliding the closed umbrella into the side drinks-pocket of my backpack and the button or handle may get slightly pressed/pulled by the bag somewhere, causing the mechanism to pop open and try to activate. Nothing opens as long as you have the umbrella tied up though, the handly just jumps out of the holster. This could just be a fault with my example, but otherwise its really well made.

The umbrella has a pale pink outside and a light pale purple inner side fabric. The colours are very nice, and the material is quite opaque and soft feeling. It doesn't feel plasticy at all, if feels like smooth cloth.It is fairly heavy with the large wooden handle. As the handle is curved it can be easily hung up.The button to open the umbrella is on the wooden handle, and it is easy to open, and it opens smoothly. You do have to pull it back in quite hard to get it to close as the spring mechanism is strong.The umbrella is secured with a metal popper button, which looks lovely and fell good quality, but it is a little more fiddly than a Velcro strip. The case for umbrella is fairly snug to get on, but it is not so tight that I wouldn't use it.Lovely high quality umbrella

I would not say that this is perfect for bags as it's quite long, but it's a substantial umbrella that is well made and works very well indeed. It's a good colour and I love the wooden handle. The spring mechanism is very good and fast (very!) to put up. Greta coverage too. Good price for a quality umbrella in my opinion.

This clasic design umbrella looks elegant. Its made of good quality fabric, portable and very sturdy. The skeleton of the umbrella made of aleminium alloy which makes umbrella lightweight and easy to open with one hand. The colour is not really for me but my wife loves the colour and decide it to use it. overall very good quality product and highly recommended.
