Arrived quickly and this is a medication I wanted as I always feel my mouth was never clean. Each box contains one large capsule which is easy to swallow .Please be careful when selecting this medication that it does not interact with any other meds you are taking.Leaflet inside explains fully on side effects and dosage on how much when and how to take the medication.I used all 3 tablets over a course of 2 weeks . I noticed my mouth to feel cleaner and fresher . Item does what the label says .

There is no information on sellers site to indicate this shouldn't be taken if you are over 60 yrs old - only found this out after reading the instructions on the package - not good as this is an oral tablet.
