An expensive but game changing bit of kit, worth every penny. No messing around with kettles and cooling bottles down, bottle is made in a couple of minutes.The instructions are idiot proof and the screen tells you what to do at every step. If you take too long the machine will turn off though, so don’t try to do anything else at the same time!The day and night thing is a bit of a gimmick though - most people would keep this in the kitchen so it doesn’t really matter if it’s a bit noisy (which it is). The light is nice but not really necessary.Easy to run a cleaning cycle, all you do is fill it with boiling water and follow the on screen instructions. The machine will tell you when to descale and change the filter. We’ve had the machine for about 8 weeks and haven’t had that message yet.Some reviews have mentioned babies getting tummy problems, we have not experienced this. The hot shot is definitely hot enough on our machine.Honestly if you’re on the fence just get it, it’s really worth the money if you’re bottle feeding.

As a first time parent it can be a very daunting task thinking you have to raise a baby. But I can say that finding the little things to make it a little more easy is key. My baby wakes up during the night like most do wanting a feed and this prep machine makes making him a bottle far quicker. I can have a bottle ready for him to drink in under 3 minutes which at 3am is a life saver I can feed his without causing him any more upset than needed. Brilliant product highly recommended.

As new parents, we were excited to save time making bottles and decided to purchase this product. Unfortunately, we made the mistake of judging it by its cover and didn't read all the details. While this may not be the case for everyone, it made our baby very unwell, so we ended up returning it and getting a refund. We spent weeks trying to figure out why our little one was fussy during and after feeds, appearing unhappy and experiencing discomfort like wind, tummy upsets, and aches. Initially, we thought it was colic. However, we discovered that the measurements were significantly off when we selected 4oz (120ml), with the actual amounts being close to 4 1/2 oz (140ml). Moreover, the amount of water seemed to increase over time, contrary to the recommended range of only 5% deviation from the actual measurements according to Tommee Tippee. We tried deep cleaning and other methods, but nothing changed. Finally, we took a break and returned to the traditional pre-made/kettle method, and within a couple of days, we noticed a remarkable difference in our baby's mood. It's been almost 5 days now, and she smiles a lot more, feeds happily, and there's no struggle to consume formula. Her overall mood has improved significantly. Later on, we discovered that the NHS and Food Standards Agency had raised concerns about this product. Again, this may not be the case for everyone, but if you're puzzled about why your newborn seems unhappy, distressed, or agitated, I suggest discontinuing the use of this product for a couple of days to see if it makes a difference. it's hard work making a bottle the kettle way but i'd rather do that than make my baby unwell.

It’s perfect and the right temperature so the baby doesn’t have to wait to be fed

After I saw some bad reviews stating the temperature of the first boiling water doesn’t reach 70 degrees I had to test myself before I give the formula made to my baby.At first I filled a mug with the first boiling water that is dispensed and then measured the temp. Found it was about 56 degrees not passing my test. I then measured again while the boiling water is being dispensed and found the temperature right just above 70. Then I thought it makes absolute sense why it tells you to put the powder first which is VERY IMPORTANT STEP. The boiling water has to be dispensed straight on the powder to kill any germs. If you dispense the boiling water in an empty container the temp will drop by the time you take out and put powder.For me it’s a legit machine and makes the process of making formula significantly easier.

The media could not be loaded. It's a life saver for me, especially during night feedings. I spend only a minute to prepare a fresh bottle and i can do it while my little one is still trying to wake up and doesn't start to cry and panic without food. It's so fast! I've totally forgotten how to make a formula with a kettle. (it was a disaster)Things that i didn't like:- Flimsy lid- minimal volume is only 4oz- a bit noisy for a bedroom (so i had to put it in the kitchen)- i paid a full price but I've received an open box and it's a shame if I've decided to buy this machine as a gift. I don't understand why i have to pay a full price? It's not the first time when amazon sends me things not in the best condition. Shame
