My granddaughter is 7 and she loved this. It was something she could do on her own or with someone. She only wished you got more activator.

Worked as expected. 8 cups of warm into the container until one packet is disolved, draw your figures with the gel in DRY molds if you have water they start curing before your finished filling and come out as pieces. Wait 5 seconds and give it a wiggle. They need to stay in water after if you keep them. They do puff and firm up a bit. The container they give for them isnt great and leaks. But the storage/dunk container works well.

The media could not be loaded. Disappointing that the gel stuff never actually like “set” no matter how long I left it in the solution. You can see that it is still liquid inside of them and when my daughter squeezed too hard (cause of course kids are going to) it got all over :(

Lovely colors- more detailed instructions on how to set the color in the molds would be helpful. It’s hard to keep the gel shapes in tact in removing them from the mold.

My daughter fell in love with these the moment she seen them. Very easy set up an instructions. We have played with this set multiple times and still have a lot of product left. Definitely love these.

I brought this to a cabin for a craft and all the kids loved it. The ages ranged from 3 to 15 and every kid tried at least two. The girls around 5-9 liked it the most. This kit made sooooooo many (see the bowls overflowing and we had more leftover to make at home still). I would suggest making sure the gel paint is filled to the top of the molds. If it is too thin then they will just fall apart in the water. We also left ours in the mixture for at least four hours before the kids could play with them. It was so much fun for the kids. I did sit and supervise the whole time but my older daughter could have done it alone. I would definitely buy these again. I hope you found this review helpful.
