Perfect solution for long trips
This worked really well. I put the ice pack and container in the freezer a few days before a long trip (three flights including one 12-hour leg overseas. Had it in my carry-on with two pens. Security folks didn't seem to mind at all. Ice pack was still partially frozen and meds were quite cold when I arrived a full day later. Thanks for a clever, well made product.

Perfect!
This is exactly what I needed to travel with the Mounjaro pen. It was easy to use. It fit in my purse. It kept the pen nice and cool. It’s great quality and functional.

Just what was needed for traveling
Took this on two trips, back to back. Perfect for traveling and actually can keep items cool for longer than advertised. I even got a complement from a TSA agent that thought it was pretty genus.

Good for long airport travel
Used this for a very large long trip to a tropical climate. Over 12 hours and kept refrigerated medication completely cold. Is recognized as such in the airport security although they did require us to open it, I think due to the shape of the ice pack that comes with it. But wasn't a problem because it really does hold it's temperature very well. High quality.

Differing instructions on box versus ice pack
The media could not be loaded. Initial Impressions (Will Update After Use):I haven’t had the chance to use this insulin cooler cup yet, but I wanted to share some first thoughts. The instructions are a bit confusing—there’s a noticeable contradiction between the guidance printed on the box and what’s written directly on the ice pack. The ice pack instructions suggest that it needs to sit inside the container for six hours before adding your insulin pens, which doesn’t quite make sense. I’ve included a short video to show the conflicting instructions for anyone curious.I’m planning to bring this cooler on an upcoming trip to Thailand, with a total travel time of around 30 hours, so I’m really hoping it performs well. I was able to fit 7 syringes inside, though they move around a bit loosely. To keep them secure, I’ll probably wrap them in a thin layer of bubble wrap or something similar.

Nice size
The packaging and included components were what caused us to order this unit. The cooling length is a bit longer than a competing unit we tried and the included extra bottle for additional cooling time is a big plus since when traveling out is often difficult to freeze something but pretty easy to find ice water. The small bag for the meds/ syringes is also handy and feels safer that having those items "bounce around" inside the cooler case.

Effective and Attractive!
I was very impressed by this medicine traveler cooler. It's cylindrical, and designed for use with medical pens. I use a biologic for my PsA, and this was perfect to travel with my biologic! It did come with two different sets of instructions for use (one on a paper in the package, one on the package itself), but I simply chilled the inner ice pack, then let it sit in the cooler for ten minutes before putting in my medicine. The space in the cooler is voluminous, so I was slightly concerned that my single pen would bounce around too much. I suppose you can probably pad the pen if you have similar concerns, but my pen arrived at my destination (with me) completely safely, and still chilled. I also really like how nice and pretty the cooler is. Yeah, you only really need functional, but I really like the look of this travel cooler as well. The handle makes it easy to carry, it's easy to use, and the cylindrical nature of it makes it take up less space in my luggage than the more common larger pack with ice packs. It would even fit in my purse if I needed it to! A very nice cooler!
