My First Quran With Pictures: Juz' Amma Part 1

No arabic text errors and it never claimed to be the whole Quran
This is a very good book in my opinion. Will be gifting it to my child this coming Ramadan. It's frustrating that some people are writing inaccurate reviews, when they have no basis for their claims. This book title is not "misleading". As someone said they were expecting the whole Quran because its called "My First Quran with Pictures" but it has a subtitle. Juz' Amma Part 1.Juz Amma is the last chapter of the Quran: Number 30 . And it says part one, meaning you can expect a second part of the last chapter at some point (in sha allah soon). This book starts with Surah Al-Fatiha (from chapter 1 of the Quran and works backwards from Surah An-Nas to Surah Al-Balad.Another person commented that there are "unacceptable" errors in the Arabic text. This is incorrect because the errors they mentioned are not valid. South Asians learn Arabic in a different way but the correct of writing a shaddah (tashjid) with a kasrah (zer) is to write the kasrah directly under the shaddah rather than under the Arabic letter. The reviewer wrote it is a zabar (fatha) instead of a zer. If they looked carefully they would have realised it wasn't even a zabar because the zabar should be on top of the shaddah not below it. (See pic of Surah An-Nas) Therefore if you see this in a review please ignore their comment as it has no basis. Each surah has the arabic text, the translation in easy to understand language for children. It is recommended for ages 7 and above so if your child is below this, please don't expect that they should be able to understand it and then fault the book over it.It's RRP is £14.99, while some may consider this expensive, think of the lifelong beneficial knowledge you and your children will get when you are able to understand with a visual aid. You will in sha allah benefit from this whilst performing salah and have better focus. Some Surah have some background info, please (see pic). All in all I would recommend this book as it is beneficial and beautifully illustrated. Finally although it sounds like I've been sponsored for this review, I have not. I purchased this with my own money. I just don't like it when people write supposedly helpful reviews, when they have limited knowledge.

One of the best purchases I've ever made.
Very pleased to review this onePurchased this as a gift for my 5 years old God Son for his birthday to provide him information on Quranic verses and stories behind each. This book provided everything that was required. Paper quality was also good but it would've been ideal if paper was thicker than it is now and coated as well. Apart from that, no negative remarks. Graphics are very rich and helpful for young readers to stay engaged. Need more books like this.

It is a beautiful book with Surah's along with the translation. The children can not only see the pictures but also enjoy the meaning of different Surah's which is very important in life. I would highly recommend it.

A good buy
Prompt delivery. The book was very good. It was eye catching and illustrated well. We haven’t studied it properly yet but it is a clever way to convey meaning to script and should hold the interest of a child. It is also very good for adults!

Great pictures, simple easy meanings
I used this as part of our bedtime story book for my 3, 5 and 7 year olds. They really enjoyed it. The illustrations are fantastic and really make the children interested, whilst the simple meanings of the ayahs are also written. Loved it, awaiting part2.
