Easy to swallow capsules. I have only been on them for 2 days so I will post an update in a few weeks.

I have not been taking them long enough to see huge results and change in health. Ingredients seem promising and they are easy to swallow. Very much need for my digestive health.

I'm not sure I can tell if it's working. I take it in the morning and it doesn't upset my stomach and the pill isn't too large.

Easy to take, no bad taste or aftertaste

The probiotics that I have taken in the past have largely contained Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium species. This is different, containing Akkermansia muciniphilia plus the prebiotic inulin. This is a recently identified species that normally makes up a small percentage of our intestinal bacterial flora. The claim is that Akkermansia has a role in regulating GLP-1 secretion and may therefore possibly help with weight management. I have seen a number of brands introduced for sale on Amazon in a range of prices. I frankly can’t tell you if Akkermansia will live up to the hype it has been getting. These are easily swallowed, moderate size capsules. My stomach tolerates this product without issues (no nausea, bloating, gas, or change in bowel habits).

I have done a good bit of research on Akkermansia and it’s a very promising probiotic strain. My husband has been using another brand for several months and had good results with it. This company checked many of the boxes for me, gmp certified, 3rd party tested, and has a lot of reputable products already. This is a good price point for Akkermansia, there are other products on the market that cost a god bit more for less capsules. The pills are on the smaller side and easy to swallow. My husband has been taking this along with his other Akkermansia to give it a boost. I do think it’s helping and he’s usually less hungry on the days he takes more Akkermansia. He had a lot of gut issues and IBS in the past so for him and the research I’ve looked into , this seems like a good fit for his circumstances. We’re happy with this product and I would recommend it to others.

Excellent supplement for my gut. I have been taking this supplement and many like it for a while now. I love that with each serving I get the maximum amount of benefit from taking supplement with quality ingredients. Gut health is extremely important for my overall health and well being.

I'm somewhat new to taking Akkermansia so I'm trying out new brands each month. This one is nice because it's actually a 2-month supply, however, I'm a very visual person and upon opening the mailer I noticed that the packaging was not the same as the stock photos on Amazon. It's fine, but I don't necessarily appreciate that. Photos should be updated to reflect exactly what you are ordering. I suffer from leaky gut so I'm still taking my regular probiotics each day but I like to incorporate Akkermansia to strengthen my gut lining and to support my body's metabolic health. The only other little gripe I have with this product is the added fillers. When I look at the "other" ingredients label, I prefer to see a clean veggie cap listed and that is it. This one also contains fructo-oligosaccharide and magnesium stearate. Not deal breakers but worth mentioning in case you are trying to avoid the extras.
