Everything works great! Running this as a DNS server and a VPN for remoted connections. Having a fan and heat sink is a must so this kit is helpful. The Pi5 itself have been doing WAY better than my Pi4.

The media could not be loaded. I've had this product for a couple of weeks now and I feel I can finally give a review on this.I was hesitant at first when I made the purchase because I’ve never seen or heard of anything so small. When the device finally came, I was very ecstatic to see that the packaging of the device was just larger than the size of my hand. After doing some more research on this device, I realized that I could learn how to code on it and even bring it with me wherever I wanted to.Putting it together was a little bit of a problem for me but I was able to figure it out. Everything does come with the device such as the case, the cooling system, manual, micro SD card, power supply and a manual. Everything that was included was properly protected with bubble wrap.I would super recommend this as an affordable first pc for a child. They can learn a new operating system all while playing educational games should you choose to install any on it for them. If they too would like to learn code, they can have their first beginning here!

The Pi 5 is incredible, but the kit leaves something to be desired. It's easy to assemble and is slimmer than images lead to believe, but I lost one of the supplied HDMI cables within an hour of unboxing due to the micro HDMI end being pulled out completely. The fan is quite loud for its size - louder than my ATX case. Lastly, I'm not confident I'd be able to pull the Pi out of the case multiple times before the snaps break, but for now it will suffice.The Pi is easily worth its cost in this kit, as it's performing well handling multiple ssh sessions and a docker container being hit multiple times every second. If I had to do it again, I'd buy the cases and cables separately from the pi.

Getting in raspberryPi seemed a bit daunting with so much information. Decided to take the easy route and buy this kit. Good instructions and was up and running in no time. Runs 24x7 and stays nice and cool.

The Pi 5 is an amazing piece of hardware. I'm running mine as a Emby Theater client, and it is simply awesome. The Pi is so versatile that I had a hard time figuring out it's best use in our house. As to the kit presented here, it is indeed a good starter kit, but I would look at it as that. Once you get everything up and running, you will likely want to invest in a few different/better accessories. I have already replaced my cooling solution and case as well as power supply. I have also tinkered with different hats such as a PCIe hat and various NVMe hats that will also change what cases and cooling will and won't work. This kit isn't a bad starting point by any means, especially if you don't intend to move beyond the basic accessories included. Just a bit pricey knowing what I know now.

I was wanting to upgrade to the pi5 for a while. Glad I did, faster processor and much better video streaming than the pi4. This is an everyday computer for me I am not a gamer programmer. Just email internet surfing and watch videos.
