Updated review: As stated, I went past the return to be able to return the item. The manufacturer reached out to me to make the sale right. They sent me a new headset that is exactly as described and it works beautifully. I am very pleased with this product. If you have an issue, just contact the manufacturer. They have great service!Original review: Headset shows to have removeable mic, but the unit I received had a fixed mic. The mic would not stay in position and sound quality was "muffled." I would have returned it but didn't use it in time to be able to return.

The sound coming out is crap, I can barely hear it turned all the way up. Also, if you don't have the microphone directly in front of your mouth, which looks awkward, it sounds all muffled. Lastly, it's too big and doesn't adjust. Bright side, it turned on and I made it through one training session before wanting to replace it

I work from home and I spend all day on the phone with clients. The volume on the headphones doesn't adjust super loud but I don't have a problem hearing anyone. But, I have had several clients tell me that I sound muffled. The mic isn't great. It's comfortable and I don't get ear fatigue but the mic quality is a deal breaker for me.

For the price this is a good product.. it’s not as comfortable as over the ear headphones but they are comfortable enough. The sound is clear and and the mic works great. I use it on my pc for gaming and it was extremely easy to use simple plug and play design. The fit is a little tight because it’s not adjustable but it isn’t bad at all.

Works as advertised, decent price. Audio and mic quality is lacking, but otherwise loud and discernable. Volume buttons work. Comfortable except for the cord, but that's one less battery to charge.

Lightweight, comfortable headphones that I use for CSR work. No complaints with customers hearing me as long as the microphone is near your mouth/ face. The sound of speech or music from the headset is clear. This is a good purchase for the price

This product is horrible. There is very little tension in the headset band so it doesn't fit right and is very lose. There is no noise canceling, in fact I think it is really noise enhancing. because it picks up every little sound when you talk you break up. and with in 15 minutes it started crackling.

Worked great until the mic stopped working after about a month. Headphones still work but it’s pointless for calls at work.
