Easily the best multi-device charger I've ever owned and I've owned a lot of them. What you're getting from a value standpoint surpasses the price point. I think it's on par, even better designed than some of the bigger brand name chargers that come from Belkin.The docking station itself has a nice weight to it akin to a nice paperweight that people with fancy jobs like a lawyer would use. So it definitely doesn't feel cheap. The Ivanky branding on it is placed tastefully with a tone on tone look and placed in the back which compliments the already discreet color.As for the functionality— very considered and well designed. The swivel arm moves freely but is stiff to hold up the phone and allows for a nice "alarm clock" style view. Just behind it, pack of AirPods sits perfectly perched. And if you're lucky enough to own an Apple Watch, the attachment that plugs into the side to dock your watch feels very intentional. And if you don't have one, the attachment stays tucked underneath the base of the charger keeping the station clean.Speaking of the watch attachment, by my own bozo-ness, I lost the attachment and wrote to Ivanky customer service. I asked if they would sell me the attachment part separately and unfortunately they don't sell parts in that way. Instead, and way over the top, and unexpected, Carol at Ivanky who was handling my ticket said she would send me a new charger altogether to resolve the inconvenience. I think that's way above and beyond of her and the company to do so. In between the time it took for me to write to them about my situation, have an exchange and then receive a new charger, it took only about 5 days. That's incredible and sets a high bar for customer service!

As a charger, it does its job. I wake every morning with a fully charged phone. I like the weight of the base and the strength of the magnet. It holds my iPhone 16 Pro without issue. The light is nice - not too bright. My only issue is the touch button for the light. Because it isn't a physical button, I always have a hard time locating it when I want it and triggering it when I don't.

Super strong magnet, definitely does the trick for your phone and charges it well. I also like the little light.Dislikes, Don’t count on the watch charger working. It doesn’t stay in very well and it never charges my Apple Watch Ultra. Starts but stops randomly, maybe I have a flawed one but the design seems flawed.UPDATE: Excellent customer service helped with my issue

The media could not be loaded. I was excited to use this as a single solution to all charging needs at home. This has all wireless charging needs for someine in Apple's ecosystem & with a fancy design. And, I am overall happy to have it on my desk. It does the desired job very well & I would recommend it.My 2 cents below:Pros:- All charging ports work simultaneously- Overall build quality is good. Very premium and looks classy- Have not seen the heating issue as of now- Small in size so portable for sure- Multiple safety standards in the product & good to have those for that extra safety- Very reasonably priced for the features it offersCons:- None that I see currently
