It took me a little while to get used to adjusting the straps to the right tightness. Once I got the hang of it, though, they became incredibly easy to use and provided excellent wrist support. I also found that they are great for reducing the strain during pulling exercises, like deadlifts and rows, which is exactly what I needed.One downside, though, is that the sizing feels a little off. The “S” size is a bit snug on my wrists, so I’d recommend checking the sizing chart carefully before purchasing. I wish there were more sizing options available, as the straps might be uncomfortable for some people with larger wrists. Despite this, I still find them useful for most exercises and have adapted to them.All in all, I’m happy with my purchase of the Versa Gripps® Fit Pro wrist straps. No digging into my skin!Much quicker to wrap around the bar compared to traditional lifting straps.The Blue Hydrangea color is gorgeous and stands out at the gym!Cons:A bit stiff at first, but they soften up with use.These are hands down the best training accessory I’ve added to my gym gear. If you’re serious about lifting, Versa Gripps are 100% worth it!

I was surprised that the grips were not Velcro but rely on friction, I would be concerned about it getting sanded and smoothened over time so I will update my review if it does, hopefully it’ll remain as grippy. The color is pretty and it was nice to have a color option. Though it is unclear how exactly you’re supposed to use it properly since you have to scan a QR code to access a video, these are just wraps, they shouldn’t require such an extensive process before you can just put them on and start your workout, plus putting instructions to use these shouldn’t take a lot of space on the packaging so the QR code video hassle feels useless and like that, a hassle. They’re also not big enough to wrap around any barbells wider than 2.5cm which is one of the smallest sizes. There is absolutely no way these are worth the £70, there are no options to adjust them, they’re good wraps for small barbells at home but the quality and simplicity just don’t match up to a product priced so expensive.
