Nice solid item and very well made, A bit bigger than expected but will do the job it's supposed to.

You can never have too much security, but this heavy-duty ground anchor definitely helps with added security. This one works pretty well. Easy to install with the right tools, but it's only as strong as the surface yoy ate fitting it to.The loop is big enough to get a decent sized chain through it, or a D lock.Good value at around £20

This is strong well made Anchor and I like the fact the ends of the D ring are crimped so that it cant be levered out of the mount. The ball bearings are better than security bolts as when the bearings are installed you cant remove them A+ from me

If professional thieves want something they'll have a go no matter what, anything you can do or use to slow them down and deter them is the Ace up your sleeve. Opportunist thieves on the other hand are more than likely the ones who are going to try and have your ride or trailer away if it's sat outside your home in clear view, or they've seen your garage door open with whatever inside for the taking.This very well made and robust Vinteam ground anchor, combined with a quality chain and lock is going to be an excellent deterrent and should be enough to send most thieves off looking for an easier steal.We really like the design of this Vinteam anchor, the fold down hoop is big enough to get several large chains through and when the hoop is folded down it neatly sits into the smooth ABS body of the anchor making it less of a trip hazard if you have it floor mounted.The hardened steel ball bearings that push into the anchor bolts and stop any well equipped thief from un-screwing the bolts is a great idea, you'll be surprised what thieves carry for their work, anything from lengths of stiff wire to hook onto door handles through a letter box to battery powered angle grinders with steel cutting discs fitted, I kid you not!This Vinteam ground anchor may just be the thing that visually stops thieves in their track and to my mind that alone is worth the £26.00 asking price, even if the thieves have a go at tampering with it they will have to make a lot of noise and they simply don't like doing that.A very firm 5 out of 5 stars for this great quality deterrent!

The first thing that strikes you about this ground anchor is the sheer weight of it, its really heavy.Essentially how it works in this, the drill 4 holes to fit the base of the anchor too, you place the rear square plate into position attach the large metal security bolts, tighten up and fit the cover into place, this can then be secured with a couple of allen bolts with covers.The flip up loop is sturdy and will deter all but the most persistent thieves. Its flips down to allow you to drive over it without snagging the loop, its pretty flush comparatively speaking.One thing to note and that is this is not 100% guaranteed to stop something that is anchored to it from being stolen but it will make their life harder and more riskier. there are other week spots such as the securing chain/cable and the padlock on that.Price at the time of review is £25.55 and thats a small price to pay for the piece of mind this might give you.

This is a nice ground anchor that comes with everything you need (not all do).My only complaint is the ball bearings - I would much prefer a security nut, but that is being picky and I can't remove a star as no other ground anchors come with one.

I was very pleased with the weight of this ground-anchor as I wanted be assured of its robustness before I installed it. Of course, anything like this is only as good as the fixing to the ground/wall and the 4 supplied anchor bolts seem up to the job. I have a bicycle which I sometimes prop outside the backgate, which is out of sight from the house and this will give me the peace of mind of knowing that I can secure it with a chain to a permanent fixing. Good quality and good value when the price of a bike is factored in!

The Floor shackle is designed to be bolted into the floor to provide a secure anchor point for your security chain,Solidly built and manufactured to provide security the Anchor is provided with suitable pins for fixing.Give some thought to its final position as it does stand proud of the floor and could trip you up.Equally at home side mounted into a wall the shackle could be fitted at your place of work also to give an extra layer of protection.Really well made and will give a fair percentage of protection from an angle grinder.
