Great product, no bad taste and since using it I've noticed i do have more energy. Took a few days to kick in. Great value for money, seems effective as of right now and I look forward to finger benefits! The pills are big but easy to swallow, the energy is the only thing I've noticed but it's been beneficial!

These are great, I felt so calm and they definitely helped me get through a difficult time at work. But, and it's a big but, if you have a thyroid issue you cannot take these. It sent my blood test haywire due to the iodine in the sea moss. Once things have calmed down I'll try lions mane on it's own. In the meantime my Husband will be reaping the benefits!

However if the purity claims are true then this is good value when compared to other brands, and something to consider when purchasing these types of compounds as they pose a potential hazard if not processed and refined properly. Obviously I can’t speak too much about the quality of the ingredients as I don’t have access for laboratory testing.
