The collar trick.
Works great. Keep those other ear covers around, as I found the fit seems to change over time. Great values of the price. Sound quality is good. Have not tested the Mic quality sufficiently, but others say they hear me well. Very comfortable, especially if worn with a collared shirt (good for holding in place if you want to jog with these).
