I take it for physical feelings of anxiety (tension in chest or stomach), with no mental cause. I take 1-1.5 tsp which takes the feelings away. Sometimes I put it straight into my mouth, 1 - 1.5 teaspoons at a time. (Have to take care to not inhale the powder.) Can be mixed in any liquid drink or, even put on food, which will prevent inhaling the powder and causing a coughing episode. It has a sweet taste so mixing it in a less-sweet drink masks some of the sweetness.
