I only leave reviews when I really love something. This is the best cacoa paste I have ever had. You can clearly tell it is crafted with care and expertese. It's a little pricey but that's because it's the best you can get. They also take great care to ensure it arrives unmelted in packaging with ice packs so the product doesn't melt during shipping. It's so good. I put a disc in my coffee cup then brew my Nespresso right in the cup with it and that melts it and make my coffee so delicious... Very good cacao!

Absolutely love this. Such flavorful notes, of creamy fine chocolate. Pleasantly surprised. Shaved off an ounce, added hot water and a drop of almond milk. So good!

The media could not be loaded. If I could, I would give it more stars. This product is truly a true cocoa. It arrived very carefully packaged with dry ice to protect the cocoa. And the flavor is unique.

I bought the block and the cacao is absolutely delicious. No complaints.

Haven't quite mastered the art of making a hot drink out of this but the shavings make a wonderful topping for desserts without adding sugar. I also use it as a mix-in when I make ice cream in my stealthy ice cream maker. Perfect! I love dark chocolate but I can't eat these like candy. I gotta have a little sweetness from somewhere!

Quick shipping. Great product. New to raw cacao but loving the taste expansion in the throat. Treats me much more pleasurably than coffee. Much more friendly to my heart~

So sour. I wanted to like this cacao and maybe it’s just mine own personal taste and it’s suppose to be the way it is but to me the cacao is so sour. I tried to drink in a cacao beverage and I don’t like it at all. The packaging is nice and it seems decent quality I just don’t care for the flavor. It’s a very small amount in the bag- very expensive per pound.
