It was thorough, but the margins and layout made it user friendly.

Even if you are not a member of Alanon this workbook has some very value questions in it that help you truly think about yourself and where you stand with some important concepts, like love and responsibility

The book doesn't look new. The cover is stained and the corners worn. Otherwise the book is as expected. A focused way to do Step 4.
