NOT NOISE CANCELING
I was so excited when I ordered this product, but I was very disappointed when testing it out. It was advertised as noise cancelling, I could still hear everything, and the volume was not loud. The sound quality was also very low and distorted. I will be returning this item. It is cute and looks exactly like the photo, very lightweight, but would not recommend solely because of the sound quality. I should have listened to the big yellow box stating “frequently returned item.”

Returned for design defects
Return for two reasons. Way too much bass. Can’t be adjusted. Also, there’s an annoying delay, so can’t be used to watch video. The audio gets out of sync with the video.
