What is the scientific name of this sugar?

This is false advertising. This is basically xylitol and they make you think that it's kabocha. Buy a kabocha squash, they aren't sweet. This sugar is xylitol extracted from kabocha! It's more expensive xylitol. I made the mistake of thinking it was pure kabocha. I was sharing with my dog now i'm horrified to see the bag says xylitol on it which it didn't before. Fraud! Dangerous to your dog!
