Good product

I've been incorporating Solgar Calcium Magnesium Plus Zinc into my daily routine for several years, and it has consistently supported my bone and muscle health. This supplement combines essential minerals that work synergistically to promote overall well-being. I like that this supplement contains calcium, magnesium and zinc into each serving.

Zinc is the best go to mineral supplement for Anti-Viral protection and for Anti-Viral treatment too !It is the only known proven 'drug' that actually works and is extremely effective.I recommend the Zinc-Magnesium-Maganese if you can find it but this brand is a great combination that includes Calcium for aging Bone support.

Great vitamin for the price and it includes Zinc.

This is a very good product, maybe a little pricey but it has easily absorbed forms of calcium and zinc. Wish it had less magnesium oxide and more of the other forms but still satisfied overall. My only complaint is not about the product or Country Life, but with the fulfillment center where mine is shipped from. 2 out of the 3 times I have ordered this product, it has come in a box with NO packing materials. The box is big enough for it to bounce around to the point that one bottle was shattered when I received it. Amazon gave me a refund but didn't seem to concerned about the poor packaging.

This supplement combines two that I had been taking separately and one that I needed to take because I was low on it (in my last blood test). Magnesium is one of those things many people are low on, especially if you have a condition that causes constant muscle spasms (or exercise). As you age you will probably need more calcium, and zinc is a good addition to probably everyone's diet. The tablet is a bit large, but not terribly so. My calcium is back up in the good range, and there is enough magnesium in my system now, so I am not having muscle groups lock up and stay locked up for minutes at a time. As far as zinc, I have not been sick at all during the time I have been taking this.... but I have also been very vigilant about wearing a mask and gloves in public, using hand sanitizer as soon as I sit down in my car, and washing my hands correctly and often.
