Healthy
The drinks you can make are used for various health issues. The only thing which I did not like was that each drink requires numerous ingredients to make.

120 pages longer than it needed to be
Before I get into the bad here let me start by saying how much of a believer I am in the medicinal benefits of ACV. After years of doctor visits and thousands of dollars in tests ( had my gallbladder, pancreas, spleen ultrasound and radionuclide tested as well as an endoscopy for just a few examples) something as simple as drinking a few tablespoons of ACV daily has given me my life back.I really want to understand why this worked so well for me. It’s bad enough that I had to struggle for so long with this before finding a solution that there must be some way we can learn from my experiences so hopefully others don’t have to suffer through this again.Until then all I know is that after just one week of drinking ACV my bizarre digestion problems have disappeared and now I have more energy than I’ve had in years, so my poor opinion here is solely about the quality of this book and its lack of substance.Everything this book has to offer can be learned simply by reading the description: drink this to cure X. Absolutely zero sources sited when author claims “many studies recently show that ACV has many health benefits”. Who says this? My English 101 teacher would have failed me for this exact deficiency of source reference. At least the information used here is so vague that no one can claim that their work was plagiarized. If the author can’t be honest enough to say “ I don’t know why this works but these are the things I’ve found to be true and worth trying in my experience as a health care professional” then please don’t make baseless claims of hear say or possibly even fiction. How can anyone trust if this is good information given here? I’m not even sure I would trust which vitamins he’s claiming are in ACV and will fact check that myself if needed.Maybe I’m not the intended audience here or maybe I don’t understand the point of the author’s message, but that still doesn’t excuse this book’s overly bloated short comings. This book has less than 5 pages of useful material before it becomes redundant. If you’re interested in learning more about the benefits of ACV beyond “drink one table spoon in a glass of water 3x daily “ or “pour it in your bath water “ for health benefits then don’t bother wasting your time on this book, because that’s all it has to say of any actual substance in my opinion.
