When its battery runs low, it automatically returns to its charging station without me having to intervene.I run it daily, and it consistently collects dirt and dust, even from hard-to-reach places like under the couch.The robot’s ability to handle minor obstacles, like cords, is also impressive. It senses when it's caught and pauses suction to free itself, ensuring it doesn’t get stuck or cause any damage. After using Ecovacs Deebot N20 plus I’m amazed at how much easier it’s made my cleaning routine. The bagless self-emptying station is a standout feature - no bags to deal with and it empties itself after each run. . It works well on both carpets and hard floors, seamlessly switching between surfaces. The mop feature is great for regular maintenance, leaving my floors looking clean, though for anything sticky or tough, I’ve had to give it some extra attention myself.The app is super convenient for scheduling and managing cleanings, and the mapping is accurate for covering all areas. It handles superficial dirt effectively, but I’ve found I need to step in for spots that need more scrubbing. Despite that, its quiet operation and hands-off approach make it a great addition to my home, and not having to worry about bags is a huge relief!

The media could not be loaded. I was skeptical about the mopping function but it is really impressive! Suction power is great, makes my carpets fluffy every time. The app is user friendly and easy to setup, home mapping is great. With the standard suction power it’s also pretty quiet. It hits to the legs of the tables but does not get any scratches, very sturdy.

The instructions are awful. Good luck figuring out where the water and floor cleaner goes. Once you find it, good luck getting the liquid through the tiny space to pour it in. I recommend using a funnel. It took several attempts to get it connected to my phone. You must be connected to wi-fi 2.4 ghz or 2.4/5g combo. The smart mapping is challenging. I'm still working on getting it set up right. It is not that quiet either. I do like that it self lifts up over the floor dividers and doesn't fall down my stairs. It vacuums great and the mopping feature works. I'm hoping that once I get the mapping set, this little robot will be worth the money.

The zero tangle technology is what I need to appreciate, since I have three long hair girls at home, it made me headache when I was doing housecleaning. Very easy to control with the APP, and select the right suction power to use. Definitely it saves lot of time in housecleaning. Very please with this purchase.

The quality and work are as perfect as expected. First of all, I scanned the QR code on the body of the moping robot and then followed the instructions, it's is easy to download and install. The cleaning is super efficient. As It is clean, it will automatically cut any type of hair off. Saving me a lot of time. Really love it.

Went through many different automatic robots, and I was about to give up. But this one is amazing. The price reflects the quality. It maps out my home really well, doesn't get stuck and the battery life is amazing. Doesn't leave behind any residue like the past ones. My animals also love watching it go around the house. This robot doesn't attack them like my past one either. Cleans up the house very nicely so that I can space out my cleanings more. Very happy with the item!
