Hi I liked this due pump as it was easy to get the petrol out of my jet washer and into the petrol can when the fuel was old - cheap and does the job

Good price but slow flow

As a siphon it's fine, it's not intended as a pump. That means that the container of liquid must be ABOVE the level of the container to be filled. It won't work otherwise unless you pump non-stop. The pump has an arrow (not clearly marked, it's all black) to show the direction of flow which MUST point to the container being filled. Ensure suction hose intake is well into the liquid, delivery doesn't matter as long as it is below the suction level. A few squeezes of the pump will start your liquid flowing, when you see the bubbles going down the tube and the flow is established stop pumping and the liquid will continue by itself. The plastic hoses are very skimpy and curl up and kink easily, I attached mine to a wooden strip so it would lower straight to the base of the liquid.

Works ok, low scoring as it not a 15mm pipe as advertised, it 10mm.. slower flow

Really poor ...i bougt this to get watwe out of a wooden beer barrwl acring as awatwe butt with no tap. It started slow filling watering cans and then just got slower and slowr until now it wont work at all. Air must me getting in it somewhere I guess As I've had it in pieces and cleaned thinking there may be a blockage but no it's just not fit for purpose

good product easy to use

I wanted to empty 2 petrol mowers left over the winter period. New petrol was crucial. The syphon worked brilliantly. I emptied both mowers without any fuss, filled them with new petrol and they started the first time. I could not have asked for more!!
