Lovely wash
I bought this as I wanted to combat some spots on my back. I usually use face wash as there are a lack of body products with the right ingredients. This body wash smells nice and lathers well. It works nicely on my back and has made my skin feel less greasy, especially after sport. I will have to wait a little longer to see if it has any visible results on the spots, but first impressions are good.

Time of review, its at £9.99An average price.Says its aimed at men, but its a lotion..im sure females can use too!Its a thickish gel, with a ever so faint smell, like barely any smell, so great for people who cant stand smells from lotions.It glides on the skin very well, it does feel tacky/sticky for a minute or 2, until its fully soaked into the skin, which is does..so well!But soon as it has, skin feels smooth/soft.Best to use when youve showered, then use this afterwards as a lotion... makes it feel like your skin opens open, like takes a breath...like cooling feeling.My 18yo son has used this mostly, his back has been covered, but its slowly..and i mean slowly, clearing a little... could be this or could just be from being clean lol

Light gel which absorbs into skin very quickly - non-greasy
I use this after the gym, since the sweat can cause acne, I mainly use it on the back of my shoulders. It sinks in straight away which is perfect, and massaging it in helps to get it absorbed quicker.The combination of niacinamide and salicylic acid at these concentrations helps manage oily areas and prevent spots, especially where my gym shirt tends to rub and cause irritation. I can't pinpoint the exact cause of my bacne, but this gel seems to help me manage it much better.The pump makes it really practical, each pump gives a good amount and you can spread it thin, so it lasts long.Since using it I get far fewer breakouts on my shoulders and my existing acne has lessened.There's no fragrance added which is good, and there is only a very subtle gel like odour.

Household split over the smell
I got this for the Husband to use on his upper arms which tend to be rough and pimply with patches of red.He's not resistant to trying new products so committed to test it.He thinks it smells of a mix of tea tree and mint and feels a little sticky at first but is soon absorbed leaving the skin feeling smooth. When applied the smell if too strong and he says it feels a bit sticky, but it absorbs well leaving the skin smooth and the smell fades to a tolerable level so he doesn't smell of it walking down the street.To me it smells unpleasant and stale, I found it absorbed easily with no stickiness and left my skin feeling smooth but I cannot tolerate the smell which makes it unusable for me.In terms of improvements to his pimply upper arms he has only been using it once a day so progress will, I assume, be delayed, I am hoping it will at least reduce the hue of the red patches before the summer as the salicylic acid increases the skin's sensitivity to the sun so I want him to stop using it during T-shirt weather.It's 50/50 between a 3 and 4 for me, he seems happy to keep using it until he sees an effect or it runs out, whilst I cannot stand the smell so couldn't contemplate using it. As there is no obvious change to his skin yet (although I acknowledge he is only using it once a day rather the twice), so I've opted for halfway house and given it a 3.

Very cooling gel-like body lotion
It's a gel consistency and it's meant to be used like a body lotion after showering. Not sure why another reviewer claimed it to be a body wash that "lathers well", please don't be confused!It's great for oily skin with the salicylic acid, and the niacinamide helps with dark spots, so I'd recommend this if you have oily acne prone skin on your body like me. It provides a slight cooling sensation when applied, and it spreads easily. It's not too thick, and smells unfragranced. There is an initial tackiness but it goes away after a few moments and the skin absorbed it all. It's definitely too light for those with dry skin, but if you suffer from an oily and acne prone body then this would be great. I wish the bottle was bigger as it comes to be quite expensive, and I like using a lot at once.It's marketed for men but you don't need to take this seriously, all skincare does the same thing anyways. this can be a nice stocking filler for a man and the design of the bottle is definitely more "masculine" in that regard, so would be great for men who are too proud to use classic or "feminine" style skincare products.

Not always completely sticky free
Quite a thick gel which is easy to spread out and massage in to the required area(s).It took several pumps to prime the dispenser.There is quite a faint smell to it. I was not overwhelmed by any fragrance.I have found that when applying to hairy areas, the area does seem to stay a little tacky for a while. Even though the gel appears to have been massaged in to the skin and is not visible on it and hairs. In time this tackiness does go.Not to be used on your face.Sun protection is advisable because it can make the skin more sensitive to sun exposure.Being a pump dispenser product does not make it travel friendly. Unless the pump is screwed down closed after obtaining a full measure.It has not overly dried out my skin. My skin moisture level has remained balanced.
