I buy these regular off Amazon good value and very handy.

These microbiome capsules are a fair size but not so large that swallowing them becomes problematic. They are odourless and tasteless and can be taken with or without food. They can also be taken with antibiotics, which I find incredible as antibiotics always seem to upset the balance in my system, and I hope these would go some way to re-balancing that.There are 30 capsules, and the dosage is one daily, so there is a month's supply. They don't require refrigeration, which is great if you're travelling. My digestive system seems to come to a grinding halt when I'm travelling, and it's reassuring to think I have something of such good quality to counterbalance this.The ingredients look impressive, and the live bacteria are guaranteed until the end of the shelf life, which in this instance is 12 months. The label can be peeled to reveal substantial nutritional information in various languages.These are vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, and soya-free. As a coeliac, I must be cautious not to ingest gluten. Not all supplements indicate whether they are gluten-free, and many use fillers and binders that contain gluten. It's refreshing to find a product with good-quality ingredients and clearly state the 'free from' information.It is always tricky to measure supplements' effectiveness, but I have faith that these supplements will benefit me.I have dropped a star for two reasons. The first is the high price—initially, they were £41.99, which I could not afford monthly. They were on sale at £28.34, which makes them possible for me, but they are still on the high side. Secondly, it is a shame that the pot itself is not recyclable after all the goodness in the pot.

Noticeable difference while taking these. There's less discomfort or itch since taking these and overall feeling good.

Good product very need in daily routine to keep a good level of good bacterias which should prevent infections. Product is very good however if compereing it with a little more expensive product that had effects a little bit quicker. But this product is good foe price

This supplement consists of thirty capsules. The recommended intake is one per day taken with or without food. The bottle is very easy to open as the top just pops off and snaps back on. The capsules are tasteless, easy to swallow, and I didn't experience any ill effects from taking them.They are vegan friendly and are free from dairy, gluten and soya. No refrigeration is needed which is great as you can carry them around with you if you are travelling. I read that the microbiome is the collection of microbes that naturally live in our bodies.The front of the label is very clearly marked with all the immediate information that you need to know. It can then be peeled back to reveal further instructions in English and three other languages.Although the English label shows not to recycle the plastic bottle, I see from the other countries labels that the plastic comes under number 5. I believe this can be recycled, but you have to check with your local area.

Good probiotic supplements tend to be pretty expensive, and this one is no exception. £35 for 30 capsules puts them at the high end of the market. With 30 billion CFUs and 15 different microbiome strains it sounds like a great product. The capsule is designed so that it makes it through your stomach acid and into the small intestine where the microbiome can flourish. You will need to take these for a week or 2 to make sure you are compatible with them and if you are new to probiotics you can expect some fairly unpleasant digestion issues which should settle down after a few weeks. Depending on the condition to be treated it can take a few months to see the difference but it is definitely worth persevering. My slight issue with this product is that it claims to have had 4 awards (not to be confused with clinical trials) but there is no mention of them anywhere here or on the internet that I can find and if it was me I'd be shouting about that, but it is all very quiet so where are they? Also it should be noted that this company is owned by Nestlé so not the small independent that the name would imply. I was also disappointed to read on their inner label that the pot that these capsules come in is not recyclable.In use, the one per day capsule is easy to swallow and seems to be working well so far. I was already taking a probiotic and have had no recurring symptoms since swapping to this brand so have to assume that it is just as effective.Overall they seem like a good probiotic supplement at a price, more is not always better and 30 billion CFUs is considered on the high side for a daily dosage but if they work for you then these could be a good option.
