Works really well!
The instructions say, "when the surfaces touch and immovable bond is formed instantly" - this is no lie! I've been laminating photos printed on a plastic signage material to MDF and when I follow the instrictions (basically, coat both sides, leave til touch dry then bring the surfaces together) the bond formed is indeed immovable - I have to get it right first time because the only way to delaminate them once stuck is destruction. The glue is quite fluid - more so than I'm used to, but it's not an issue, it just makes spreading a bit easier (but also a bit more prone to making a mess). I'm using a flat blade to spread (rather than the crenellated one supplied) and a heavy roller to roll out any air bubbles. At first I was applying a thinned down solution to the MDF as per the instrictions for absorbant material, but I've found this isn't necessary as the MDF isn't as absorbant as I'd thought. The smell is amazing - if you like that sort of thing. Use in a well-ventilated area (I'm doing it outdoors during this spell of warm weather).

Still the best contact adhesive.
Evo-Stik. A throw back to my youth. The glue your dad would always have a tube of.528, is the traditional Evo-Stik that will stick nearly everything. It's perfect for sticking the soles of your shoes back on.It will stick almost anything to anything. Just make sure the surfaces are clean (a wipe down with something like Isopropyl alcohol will work wonders). Apply the glue to both items to be attached, then leave it to dry. Any time of 15 minutes or longer is ideal. Then press the two sides together. They will bond instantly, so make sure you position them correctly first time. Depending on what you are bonding, it would usually be best to leave the item for 24 hours. You can also apply a clamp, if you want a really strong bond.Overall, this is a great, useful glue to have in your cupboard. At room temperature and with the lid sealed tight, it will last indefinitely.Highly recommended.I hope you found this review helpful.

This is the Indoor Version
Great strong glue, and sticks better than some of the older Evo Sticks.Sadly I did not notice that this was designed for "Indoor use", as I needed it for outdoor (to patch some rubber mouldings on a narrow boat). However tried it anyway, and it worked very well, and I am hoping that having left it a couple of weeks to completely dry, and then coating in rubber solution should make this a long term solution.Of course, I could have read the label a bit better before ordering...

Fumes are incredible
I used this to glue vinyl headlining in a caravan with all the windows actually removed (as opposed to just open) and it was quite a windy day. I thought this would be a very well ventilated space, but this stuff honks to high heaven!!! Both me and the missus had splitting headaches after a while. It's really really thick as well so spreading it evenly takes a long time - and you get it everywere -I even had it in my hair!!. It works very well as an adhesive, but on day two we decided to try some spray contact adhesive. For the job we were doing te spray was just as good an adhesive, but quicker to apply and didn't give us headache.

What is says on the tin
Good contact adhesive, inexpensive if you need more than a small quantity but it doesn’t go off so will last years!
