This product is a complete trash and it is different than other HR block software. The product does not show return so looks like it is complete waste of time. Amazon must block this otherwise Amazon will loose customer trust to allow deceptive software packages here. The package was supposed to be for 2024 and it shows 2023.

I rated these a five star because I think the quality was great.. but it was purchased for my 87-year-old mother and the fit just wasn't doable in her tiny little ears.. but for the value of the money the sound seemed good but we couldn't get them to stop buzzing.. again I think that was because of the fit just wasn't right.

If the hearing aids had come with one size bigger ear plug i would have given a 5 reveiw. I dont even see where I could order a larger ear plug. Oh well for the price OK> hard to adjust. Noise cancelling????

Terrible. After one month one of them quit working and the other one one works for a couple hours no matter how long I charge it. There is no address, no phone number or website to even get a hold if them to complain. There's a warranty card, but no address where to send it. Thus us a rip off!
