It's not a TV. Very difficult to unpack, put together, set up and clean out the information you downloaded if you're going to return it. Keep the box it came in for a while as you might just need it to send it back. It was definitely not what we thought it was.

The smart screen and stand are well-designed as a unit, offering a sleek and modern look with a smooth finish. The stand’s five wheels glide effortlessly, making it easy to move around. However, there are significant drawbacks. The webcam presents a 90-degree-rotated image when mounted on top of the screen and an upside-down image when attached to the left side. Additionally, there are no screw slots on the right edge of the screen, which would correct the upside-down camera capture.The advertised 4K quality is disappointing and doesn’t seem to meet true 4K standards. While the Netflix and YouTube apps function smoothly, casting YouTube videos from an iPhone to the smart screen was unsuccessful, which is a notable inconvenience.This product has potential, but these issues, especially with the webcam and casting functionality, need improvement for a better user experience. There were no installation instructions except for the monitor hook up.If the camera had worked like it should, I would have kept this Smart Screen. It would have been really nice to have a 32” touchscreen with which to work on social media and to surf.I am returning this gadget.

This product is very convenient for us, as we have many employees that work all over the USA. This smart screen makes it so simple to have face to face calls and meetings with our employees when they can not be in the office. The size is perfect and we love that it is so portable, and are able to move it from office to office with ease. Excellent product!

I purchased thi mainly to use for showing PPT in small group setting. 32” was necessary over smaller sizes. The color is decent, not as good as my laptop. The volume is pretty good although I don’t plan to use that much. The battery life is good so far. It is heavy/solid but can easily be transported in 2 pieces. The wheels are an amazing touch. And if you FOLLOW the directions it should be nice and sturdy. They have a video on YouTube and instructions on the box. All tools needed are included. I haven’t synced the remote yet, but don’t really need that for my purposes either.
